How do I get early access to tickets for The Charlatans 2025 UK shows?
You need to have ordered We are Love from The Charlatans official store before the order window closes.
Or, sign up via the form on the official store before the order window closes at 3pm BST, Tuesday 15th July 2025.
When will I receive early access information?
Presale information will be sent out from 4pm BST, Tuesday 15th July 2025.
WHEN DOES THE PRESALE OPEN?
These emails invite you to purchase tickets in our exclusive presale window, running from 5:00pm BST on Tuesday 15th July 2025
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?
Each code is only valid for The Charlatans UK tour.
Please keep the email containing your presale link and passcode, ready for the presale.
One code is issued per customer, allowing 4 tickets to be purchased in one transaction.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box.
If you have a unique code and a failed payment attempt, it may take up to 20mins for the site to acknowledge it hasn’t been successfully used (please just keep trying to get back in).
I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Presales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.
If you get a code not valid error message, please raise a ticket with: https://help.on-repeat.co.uk/support/tickets/new
Please quote your email address, full name and the pre-sale code you were allocated.

Pre-sale information will only be sent once the pre-order window has closed. Information will be sent from 5pm BST, Tuesday 15th July.
I've ordered the album from another retailer, will I receive a code?
